I had a dead animal.. There ws a horrible smell coming from somewhere that stunk up the whole house. Within 45 minutes they removed it and put caps on to keep any other animals out, I called at 7:15 Sat., they arrived at 8 and did an excellent job that I sure wouldn't want to do. Thank you, Rick

Good company - superior management The owner is very professional and values the costumers' needs. We had some trouble getting the job scheduled because of one technician (the only reason I took off a star), but the owner stepped in and took care of everything, spending the entire day at our house and giving frequent progress updates as well as his personal cell number. He was also very apologetic about the issues we had encountered, and gave us a discount as a result. They have a policy of never going above the quoted price, even if they discover extra things to do while on the job. This was a particular issue for us since our roof is very

Good Guys They are a good company. Worked with me to reschedule work that was delayed because of weather. Would recommend them.

Each technician has been trained to be like that guy in the neighborhood that is always willing to help with anything. Our shoes never touch your floor and runners and drop cloths are set up before any work takes place. We try and explain everything so our customers can understand what their needs are. Everyone has had a guy at their door talking tech, and we never really understand what they're talking about. Each technician leaves their personal cell number in case you have any questions after we leave.
